A 3 hour signature session that unfolds in stages, designed to nurture your body from the inside out. We begin with a postural assessment to observe your body’s current patterns, then flow into dry brushing to exfoliate and promote lymphatic drainage. Next we do some assisted stretching to bring the body back into balance, finishing with a full body massage enhanced with the heat wave warm stone and aromatherapy, and conclude the session with a warmed oil scalp massage.
